Oftentimes in the hustle and bustle of our daily schedules, I think we often lose sight of what our priorities are. While visiting one of my favorite blogs, Unfolding Moments, I came across a quote she had posted.

I think we could even take this quote a little further and say, Their cry should be more compelling than:
The dishes
Dusting
Cooking Dinner
Your favorite TV show
The Laundry
*insert any variety of things here*
This quote really hit home to me. Just tonight I found myself saying, "Hold on Anna, I'll be done with the laundry in a few minutes." Is laundry really more important than my daughter? Absolutely not. It was then that this quote popped back in my head and reminded me of just what my real priority is: my family.
