In Need of Recipe Help!

I am planning on making Anna a strawberry cake for her first birthday. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what kind of icing would be good. I know of the frozen strawberries and powdered sugar icing (very tasty). I also know some people use Betty Crocker cream cheese icing. I'm looking for something different, yet good. Variations of these might work. I'm open to your suggestions! Send them my way, please.
